The following terms and conditions apply to access to and use of the content provided on this site. They also apply to all websites linked to this site and to brokerage activities. (EHR reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Publication on these pages constitutes sufficient notice.)
§ 3 Warranty
Use of this website is at your own risk. EHR makes no warranty that this website and its content will always be available. EHR makes no warranty regarding the accuracy and completeness of the respective hotel information, the absence of viruses, or error-free transmission.
EHR assumes no responsibility for content or services provided via a link. EHR merely facilitates access and is not involved in the transactions. No rights or obligations arise for EHR from such transactions.
§ 4 Disclaimer
EHR shall be liable for damages, regardless of their cause, only in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of its employees or other agents; provided that such damages do not result from injury to life, limb, or health. This applies mutatis mutandis in the event of a breach of pre-contractual or ancillary contractual obligations. Liability for breaches of duty due to simple negligence is also excluded, provided such breaches do not concern essential contractual obligations. Claims for damages are limited to typical, foreseeable damages. To the extent that services are provided by third parties, EHR is not liable for their qualitative or quantitative availability.

§ 6 Privacy Policy
EHR is obligated to handle all personal data in accordance with data protection regulations. EHR is authorized to store and process the user’s personal data provided in connection with the use of the service for the purpose of processing the user’s activities and for statistical purposes. § 7 Brokerage Activities
In the course of its business, EHR acts exclusively as an intermediary between its customers and the service providers. The contract is entered into between the customer and the respective service provider. Any contractual relationships that differ from this will be disclosed in advance to the partners involved.
By submitting an event or hotel booking request, our client instructs EHR to arrange for a service to be provided by a hotel, an event venue, or another service provider in connection with the planned event.
Our placement services are generally free of charge for our clients. If a fee is required due to a specific service, we will inform our client of this in advance.
Our client is required to comply with any cancellation deadlines set by the service providers. EHR is not liable for any failure to meet these deadlines or for any resulting cancellation fees. Furthermore, neither the hotel, the event venues, nor any other service providers have any legal claim for damages against EHR.
Furthermore, EHR shall not be held liable for any failures on the part of customers and/or service providers under the terms of the concluded contracts.
§ 8 Passport, Visa, Customs, Foreign Exchange, and Health Regulations Governing the Travel Package
EHR only arranges individual travel services and is not aware of the details of your trip or your personal circumstances (e.g., nationality). EHR is therefore unable to determine the applicable passport, visa, customs, foreign exchange, and health regulations; consequently, you are personally responsible for complying with any such regulations that may apply.
§ 9 Final Provisions
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively. The place of performance is Eschweiler. The exclusive venue for all claims arising in connection with these provisions against merchants as defined by the German Commercial Code (HGB) is also Eschweiler. For consumers as defined by § 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the statutory venue applies.
If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. (The invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that most closely reflects the intent and purpose of the invalid provision. The same applies in the event that the General Terms and Conditions are incomplete.)
